Description of Duties:

  • Process and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide destination representatives with necessary information and forms
  • Front reception office duties/phones
  • Assist various departments when required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Spanish speaking an asset
  • TICO certified
