The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 1-year experience within the travel/wholesale industry, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and is an effective team player.
Description of Duties:
- Process and resolve customer complaints
- Provide destination representatives with necessary information and forms
- Front reception office duties/phones
- Assist various departments when required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Spanish speaking an asset
- TICO certified
