OWG is a subsidiary of Nolinor Aviation, a 100% Canadian airline based in Quebec, in operation since 1992.
This new and strategic alliance will allow Hola Sun Holidays (as well as its sister company Caribe Sol in Quebec) to offer direct and dedicated flights to Cuba on board modern Boeing 737-400s, with excellent departure times. These aircraft are equipped with the latest technology, including high end safety and precision tracking systems and boast a completely modernized cabin for passengers’ utmost comfort.

Exit Row Seating Terms and Conditions:
According to Transport Canada regulations, passengers MUST meet these guidelines in order to sit in an emergency exit row:
Must be 16 years and older
Be able to physically use the exit.
Capable of understanding the printed and spoken emergency instructions.
Must be able to determine if the exit is safe to open in the event that there is an emergency evacuation.
Have sufficient mobility and capability to operate the emergency exit.
Able to follow instruction or pass on information effectively from the crew to other passengers.
Must be physically capable of opening the heavy exit door and assisting other passengers
*Passengers who cannot sit in an emergency exit row:
If you are responsible for another travelling companion.
If opening the exit may cause harm to you due to a condition you might have.
If you require a seatbelt extension, this could be considered a tripping hazard.

First Checked Bag – The first checked bag is included with your purchased ticket. The bag must have a maximum total weight of 23 kg (50 lbs) and maximum linear dimensions (per checked bag) of 158 cm (approx. 62 in.) (L+H+D).
Carry-On Item– Travelers are permitted one (1) free carry-on item with a maximum weight of 9kg (20 lbs) and maximum linear dimensions (per carry-on item) of 110 cm (approx. 43 in.).
Second Checked Bag – The bag must have a maximum total weight of 23 kg (50 lbs). There is an extra fee of $50 CAD per bag, per flight. (For stays 21 days or more, low season, and based on request). Please note that the second checked bag is complimentary when you purchase the Select Class package.
Overweight or oversize baggage fee – There is a flat fee of $100 CAD for any bag that weighs over 23 kg (50 lbs) and will only be accepted if the aircraft cargo allows enough space. Please note that you have the option of checking one (1) bag weighing 30 kg (approx. 66 lbs), or two (2) bags weighing each 23 kg (50 lbs) when you purchase the Select Class package.
If a bag is oversized and overweight, the fee is $100 per bag, per leg.

Conditions
Important: Limited to a maximum of two checked bags per person, including sporting equipment.
Sports equipment must be placed in a bag or case that meet our check-in baggage standards. A bag or case that doesn’t meet these standards will be considered as overweight or oversized.
Sports equipment must be packed appropriately to prevent possible damage. The carrier can refuse any item that is likely to get damaged or cause potential damage to other baggage.
Clothing and personal items cannot be packed in the sports equipment bag or case. If so, check-in baggage fees will apply.
Overweight or oversized fees will apply if the baggage exceeds the check-in baggage standards.
Only sporting equipment that is appropriately packed will be accepted. Loose items that are not in a bag or case will not be accepted.
Travelers need to check with their travel agents regarding their oversized equipment prior to departure. Transfer vehicles may not have enough room to accommodate such equipment.
Due to space limitation, passenger must contact us at least 72 hours prior to departure if carrying a sporting equipment on board
All payments must be pre-paid at least 72 hours prior to departure. No payment will be accepted at the airport check-in counter.
Fees quoted are based on one way, if passenger wants to carry their sporting equipment on their northbound flight back to Canada they must pay the round trip cost in Canada at least 72 hours prior to departure. No payment is accepted in Cuba.
Maximum 23 KG or 50 LB Excess charges apply when sporting equipment allowance is exceeded (size/piece/weight). Please see baggage allowance rules, space is limited. In order to guarantee a space, all bikes must be pre-booked and prepaid at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Groups travelling with bikes (10 or more passengers) must contact us in advance at least 14 days prior to departure.
List of Allowed Sports Equipment
Bicycle
One (1) bicycle and one (1) helmet are considered one item. The bike must be packed in an appropriate bicycle bag or box. The pedals must be removed, the tires must be deflated, the handlebars must be fixed sideways and the packaging must be sealed in order to prevent a possible fluid leak.
Camping Gear
One (1) tent and two (2) sleeping bags are considered one item if they can fit in the same case or bag.
Fishing Gear
One (1) reel, one (1) rod, one (1) pair of boots, one (1) lifejacket, and one (1) tackle box are considered one item if they can fit in the same case or bag.
Golf Set
Golf sets are considered one item if they contain a maximum of fourteen (14) clubs, twelve (12) balls, and one (1) pair of golf shoes. The equipment must be packed in a rigid container (i.e. golf bag). Clubs must be protected by a hard shell. Any item that might come loose during the flight will not be accepted. Tripod bags must have their legs taped or secured.
Kayaks
A kayak and a paddle are considered one item. They can be packed separately. Kayaks exceeding a linear dimension (L+H+D) of 292 cm will not be accepted.
Scuba Gear
Scuba gear is considered one item if it includes one (1) pair of fins, one (1) mask, one (1) regulator, one (1) snorkel, one (1) tank harness, one (1) scuba tank, and one (1) diving lamp (battery must be disconnected and the terminal must be taped). All these items must fit in one bag to be considered one item. Tanks that contain compressed air are prohibited. We only accept empty scuba tanks.
Skateboards, Longboards, and Scooters
One (1) skateboard, or one (1) longboard or one (1) fold-up scooter (see Battery Restrictions), and one (1) helmet is considered one item. A board exceeding a linear dimension (L+H+W) of 292 cm will not be accepted.
Skis, Water Skis, and Snowboards
One (1) pair of skis, two (2) poles and one (1) pair of ski boots, or one (1) snowboard and one (1) pair of boots are considered one item. Skis exceeding a linear dimension (L+H+D) of 292 cm will not be accepted.
Sports Balls
Sports balls are considered one item as long as they fit in the same bag or case. Balls must be deflated.
Sports Racquets
Sports racquets are considered as one item as long as they fit in the same bag or case.
Surfboards, Paddleboards, and Windsurfers
One (1) board and a complimentary item such as one (1) kite, one (1) sail, or one (1) paddle are considered one item. They can be packed separately. A board exceeding a linear dimension (L+H+D) of 292 cm will not be accepted.
Limit of Liability
The liability of the carrier is limited to 1288 special drawing rights (a value of approximately $ 2300 CAD) for each traveler in the case of destruction, loss, damage, or delay of baggage, whether checked or unchecked, under the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention, whichever may apply.

Important Information Regarding Transfers in Destination (transfer between airport and hotel)
Transfer of bicycles, sporting equipment & wheelchairs may not be accepted on the transfer bus due to space limitation. Passengers may be required to make alternative arrangements at their own expense.

December 01, 2020
Please be advised that effective December 01, 2020 Cuba will be implementing a Sanitary Fee which will apply to all passengers arriving on the island.
The fee covers the cost of the Covid 19 PCR test that will be done at the airports, sanitizing products, extra cleaning, and disinfecting services provided at all airports throughout the island.
All passengers who are booked on all-inclusive packages or air only with Hola Sun Holidays will not be charged the sanitary fee.
